In December 2020, BC XI acquired Women’s Care Enterprises (“WCE”).
WCE is a leading provider of women’s health services including Obstetrics / Gynecology (OB/GYN), primarily in the state of Florida with operations in California and Kentucky. The company employs over 250 equity and employed physicians and over 130 midwives and other medical professionals. WCE has almost 1 million annual visits. Revenue mix is highly diversified coming from a mixture of routine and episodic care including obstetrics, routine care, fertility, mammography, surgeries, ultrasound and imaging, and lab services.
