In October 2022, BC XI acquired Havea, the leading European natural healthcare player.
Founded in 1975 and formerly Ponroy Santé, Havea is a France-based leading European natural healthcare group. The Company operates five strategic brands focused on natural healthcare with diversified positioning and patient profiles: Vitavea (everyday food supplements), Aragan (premium food supplements), Biolane (baby care), Dermovitamina (skin care) and Densmore (ophthalmology and gynaecology). The business has a history of consistently delivering above-market organic growth as a result of end-to-end coverage of the value chain from product development to distribution, an omnichannel approach and a unique activation strategy relying on both sell-in and sell-out levers. Havea currently employs over 800 people, and is headquartered in Boufféré, France, where it manufactures the majority of its product portfolio.
