In October 2019, BCEC X acquired The Rhône Group’s equity interest in GardaWorld Security Corporation (“GardaWorld” or the “Company”) in a recapitalisation alongside the Company’s Founder and CEO, who will remain invested as a significant minority shareholder.
GardaWorld is one of the largest privately owned integrated security services companies offering a wide range of highly focused solutions across physical and specialised security, as well as end-to-end cash management.
